“We can make you dance!” is the philosophy that Mrs. Geraldine M. Espinosa, the founder and owner of LeDanz Dance Studio, firmly believes in. On May 1, 2004, she officially opened the studio after discovering her love for dancing. Her students call her Teacher Girlie, and while she is a tough dancing instructor in the teaching environment, she is undoubtedly a motherly figure outside of the studio.

Established two decades ago, LeDanz has not only nurtured countless talented dancers but has also become a beacon of excellence in the world of dance. With a rich history of choreographing for prestigious company events, celebrity occasions, and numerous school performances across Cavite and Manila, LeDanz has left an indelible mark on the dance community.

LeDanz’s dedication to the art of dance extends beyond the studio, offering a diverse range of dances classes in ballet, modern jazz, hip-hop, and we also offer unique classes like aerial arts and gymnastics to aspiring dancers. LeDanz's dedication to excellence has gained them distinction, most notably as the Best Dance Studio in the Philippines in 2020. This distinction is the result of hard work, innovation, and dedication.

Our coaches and instructors are highly skilled professionals committed to providing top-notch training, guidance and advice. Another highly regarded, well-known, and award-winning figure in the dance industry, Mr. Brezhnev D. Larlar of the Teatro Baile de Cavite, serves as our consultant.

Our studio is spacious and well-equipped, with comfy flooring, mirrors, and a professional sound system. To fit along with hectic schedules, we provide a range of class times. We offer individualized care and encouragement to assist students reach their dancing objectives.

LeDanz is a proud member of the International Dance Council, a Paris, France-based organization linked with UNESCO. LeDanz proudly represented the Philippines at the 14th Anapale World Festival in Athens, Greece, in July 2023, showcasing the beauty of our culture through dance on a global platform. LeDanz Philippines, the competing team of LeDanz, also won significant gold awards at the Asia Arts Festival in Singapore in 2019 and 2024, competing against over 8,200 delegates from 80 different nations.

Our motto, “We can make you dance!” says it all. We want to help individuals,
young or young at heart, to move and feel the groove of music. We intend to
bring out the best from young talents through caliber training and maximize
their potential while enjoying a family-like environment.

Meet Our

Teachers & Coaches

Ms. Geraldine Espinosa

Geraldine Martinez Espinosa is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas and a Registered Medical Technologist whose lifelong passion for the arts inspired her to pursue an extensive and diverse background in dance and performance.

Her dance training spans multiple disciplines, including Ballet and Modern Jazz under Ballet Philippines and the Metropolitan Theater, with further studies in Modern Jazz and Hip Hop at Powerdance Dance Studio. She also expanded her artistic expertise through specialized training in Aerial Arts at Elite Dance Studio, Gymnastics under the Gymnastics Association of the Philippines, and various dance forms such as Ballroom, Dancesport, and Belly Dancing under respected coaches and mentors.

Today, she serves as the Owner and Artistic Director of LeDanz Dance Studio, an institution dedicated to developing the skill, discipline, confidence, and artistic expression of every student. Since 2004, LeDanz has proudly partnered with various schools in Cavite and Manila, providing workshops, weekend dance programs, and year-round training that nurture the holistic growth of students in the performing arts.

Built on passion, perseverance, and unwavering dedication, LeDanz Dance Studio has evolved into a respected institution recognized both locally and internationally for excellence in performance and training. The studio is a proud member of the International Dance Council (CID), a UNESCO-affiliated organization based in Paris, France, and the Association of Ballet Academies Philippines (ABAP).

For more than two decades, Ms. Espinosa—fondly known as “Ms. Girlie”—has dedicated herself to developing thousands of students through coaching, workshops, performances, and classes. Under her leadership, LeDanz has earned numerous international dance certifications, performed at the World Anapale Dance Festival in Athens, Greece, and received multiple Gold Awards from prestigious international competitions, including the Asia Arts Festival in Singapore, the Asia All Star Festival in Bali, Indonesia, and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Up to this day, Ms. Girlie remains actively involved in choreographing diverse dance productions across multiple genres. She continues to mentor and develop young learners and adults alike, helping them excel in school programs, competitions, and various performance events.

Beyond teaching, coaching, and choreography, she is also an accomplished event organizer and director, spearheading numerous successful productions and artistic events.

Driven by faith, passion, and a deep commitment to the arts, Geraldine Martinez Espinosa continues to inspire, educate, and share the God-given talent entrusted to her—empowering future generations of artists to pursue excellence, creativity, and purpose through dance.

Francisco Espinosa

Francis has been dancing for over a decade, with roots in cheerleading and gymnastics through his training with the renowned UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe. His dynamic background in movement and performance has shaped his unique approach to dance and coaching. Now a licensed occupational therapist and gymnastics coach, Francis combines his knowledge of body mechanics with artistic expression, helping students build strength, flexibility, and confidence both on and off the stage.

Georje Espinosa

Georje began her dance journey at the age of seven, training in classical ballet, pointe, modern jazz, aerial arts, and gymnastics, developing a strong foundation in both technique and performance. She has competed and performed both locally and internationally, showcasing her talent on stages in Singapore, Greece, and the United States. In addition to her dance career, Georje is a dedicated special education teacher and professor, bringing compassion, discipline, and creativity into every class. She teaches students of all ages, creating an inclusive and inspiring environment where passion and potential meet.

Albert Honrada

Albert began his dance journey in 1998 and started teaching baby ballet just two years later, a passion he has continued to pursue for the past 25 years. With a decade of dance experience and a strong foundation in classical technique, he trained under the esteemed Mr. Brezhnev Larlar and Mr. Dwight Rodrigazo—both former principal dancers of Ballet Philippines —who shaped his discipline in ballet and contemporary dance. Known for his gentle yet structured teaching style, Albert has dedicated his career to nurturing young dancers, instilling in them a love for movement and a respect for the art from their very first plié.

Brezhnev Larlar

Breshnev Larlar is a highly respected choreographer and dance artist whose work spans classical, contemporary, and neo-classical ballet. His contemporary piece "Insane" was internationally recognized and selected for presentation at the Australian Choreographers Showcase, held at the prestigious Victorian Arts Center in Melbourne, Australia. Over the years, Breshnev has created numerous original works for esteemed institutions including Ecole de Ballet, Dagyaw Dance Company, Miriam Ballet, Nila Gonzales School of Classical Ballet, Stomp Dance Studio, Lilibeth Trinidad Dance and Exercise Center, and Claravall School of Classical Ballet. Notably, he choreographed "Trece Martirez de Cavite" during the Centennial Celebration of the Philippine Revolution and most recently "Behind Barres" for the Philippine Ballet Theater. A visionary in the performing arts, he founded Teatro Baile de Cavite, Teatro Caviteño Musicale Company, and Compañía y Música del Julián Felipe. Breshnev currently serves as a studio ballet consultant, continuing to shape and inspire the next generation of dancers.

Lance Ilagan

Lance began performing at the age of 13 and has since built a versatile foundation through professional training in ballet, modern jazz, and hip-hop. With his dynamic stage presence and diverse skill set, he has evolved into a true all-around performer. Currently based in Abu Dhabi, Lance captivates audiences at SeaWorld with high-energy shows that feature juggling acts using balls, rings, and clubs—blending precision, creativity, and showmanship into every performance. His unique fusion of dance and circus artistry showcases his passion for entertainment and his dedication to mastering the art of movement.
